Preparation and provisioning for the crew SEA plastics, it is very difficult to find bulk and fresh food, but we persevere and we end up finding a small grocery store for our zero waste shopping.
Full of water and diesel, last shower on land and off we go, the Viana de Castello bridge pivots, a last goodbye and we gybe towards Lisbon. Not a lot of wind during the night and a difficult course to hold, but we consoled ourselves with a good jar of beef bourguignon and the shifts followed one another.

~ Tawashi sponges and cod accras ~

Marine, the best amarin of all of us, is now starting to make tawashi sponges for zero waste kits for crowdfunding donors and for the crew.
Tawashi sponges are made by weaving fabrics intended for the trash. These sponges can be machine washed and reused. But no luck, one of Flo's great socks ends up transformed into a sponge. To console him, we offer him a souvenir...

The team takes a good break and leaves early in the morning for Lisbon, but it does us good to stretch our legs. We lose ourselves for hours in the Alfama, the laundry and the cats fight over the windows. The azulejos are the same blue as the sea, the weather is great. Melancholic notes of fado tickle our ears while we enjoy a good bacalhau dans le Bairro Alto. In the evening, it's goodbye with Nathalie, tomorrow morning she takes a plane that will bring her back to Brest, thank you again for the help with the ferry!
04/20
Breakfast with the passage of the islands off Lisbon, we sail at 5 knots upwind. Nathalie almost sprinkles Sarah with sardine juice, Flo knits while we test the gyroplastic buoy and directional hydrophone. We reduced the sails a little, the evening and the last hours were particularly difficult for the whole crew. The wind has dropped and with each peak passed, there is a new one before Lisbon. While the arrival was scheduled for 6 p.m., we entered the Cascais pontoon at 3 a.m.
